Three times a year we have the Akashic Records Book Club on Zoom.  We read the book “How to Read the Akashic Records” by Linda Howe

We read 1-2 chapters each week and discuss the contents, as well as the prayer and the experience of opening your own records over 5-6 weeks.  We’ll ask questions and I can answer from my experience in the records.  

 

This is not a certification course, but a prerequisite for the beginner course of the Pathway Prayer Process.  I can recommend the Beginning Course to follow the book club, should you be interested in pursuing further.  This book is also a well-written favorite of mine.  I think we’ll enjoy it together!

In-Person Akashic Records Practice

If you have learned to read the Akashic Records with the Pathway Prayer Process and want a deep dive and some practice, I'm in Brooklyn at Maha Rose every other month.   Usually a Sunday afternoon -- this time it is April 12,  3-5 PM.  We'd love to have you!

This is a combination of entry level meditation, visualization, and Reiki.  If you have never attempted any of the three, you are welcome.  If you have, this will solidify foundations as we slowly build into deeper, simple, effective techniques that release troubles, build energy, and encourage connection.  

 

This is not a course to teach or certify in Reiki levels, nor for one named technique of meditation only, but instead will introduce the basic principles of energy movement and connection within yourself and the world around you.

 

Come in feeling heavy, walk out feeling light, with conversation that will help you reproduce the feeling at another time when you need it.

I was teaching and coaching in NYC before returning to Cape Cod when my father had Cancer.

 

I have practiced Reiki for the last eleven years, and saw the healing and relief my father experienced from it, and I would love to share that with you. I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, incorporating energy healing, meditation, nutrition, movement, creativity and spirituality to your desire. I can teach techniques, or you can just relax and receive. I have witnessed Reiki to be very effective in relieving discomfort or pain, in rejuvenation, and in healing emotionally as well as physically. We will use music, essential oils, and visualizations (if you wish) to find a comfortable experience for you.

 

I can visit you at your home in a place that is comfortable for you.  There is also a place in Chatham that can accommodate us if leaving your home is better suited to you, at csjcapecod.org.

The Solfeggio Tones originated as six frequencies proven effective at healing the body. They were found in Gregorian Chants, lost and then found again, and researched for results. Three more have since been added, all following a pattern, but we will start with the initial six, using different ones each time that work well together. They are 396hz, 417hz, 528hz, 639hz, 741hz, 852hz. Occasionally chimes, drum beats, and other tones will be included for variation and receptivity.
